Forgot or Don't Know Password?

  • Click on EventHub and click the "Don't know your password? Click here to reset it." link.
  • Check your email for a reset email from If you do not see it, please check your spam box, or email for assistance and we can reset it for you.
  • Click the link in the email and return to the EventHub to log in using your new password. 

CE Credit

  • MCLE and Legal Specialization credits are available for both the live broadcast and Videos on Demand. CPE, CFTA, and CFP credits are only available for the live broadcast. Complete credit information can be found on the CE Credit page.   Session evaluations are required to claim credit, and should be completed at the end of your Institute participation.
  • Each session will have a unique code presented on the screen during each session as well as being announced at the end of each session during the live broadcast and the unique code is a required field on your evaluation to claim CE credit, so pay attention and write them all down!
  • There will be a series of polls for attendance verification during each session - it is important to participate in the polling if you desire to claim CPE credit.  A minimum of 3 polling responses per session are required for CPE credit. Poll responses are optional for other types of credit, but recommended as an additional form of attendance verification.
  • Out of state credit requests should reference the CE Credit page for additional information.

Prior to the Event

All sessions are broadcast via Zoom. It is highly recommended that you have the Zoom Client for Meetings application installed on your viewing device prior to the event. If you do not already have it installed, click here to download it. It is also recommended to log in early to avoid delays the day of the event.

  • Individual panel materials are available in the EventHub.  A Dropbox link to a large PDF is also in the EventHub.
  • A link to Dropbox (with all of the Institute's session materials) was also emailed separately.

During the Broadcast

  • Click the EventHub tab at the top of the page and log in using your registered email address.
  • Click on the Program Schedule for the current day you are attending, where you will see separate tabs for General Sessions, Afternoon, and Evening sessions.
  • Click on the appropriate tab, and you will see a red “View Session” button next to each session. Click the "View Session" button to view the session broadcast. After each session concludes, return to the EventHub and refresh the page to view the next session(s).

Once "View Session" is clicked, a waiting page will appear with a countdown timer until we open the sessions (approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the day).  Once the first session goes live, you will be taken into the Zoom sessions automatically. If the email address you used to register does not work with Zoom, reply to with an alternate email address.

  • We are required to deploy a minimum of 3 polls per hour to comply with credit attendance verification requirements. 
  • Polls responses are required for CPE credit. 
  • Polls responses are optional for MCLE, Legal Specialization, CFP and CFTA credit, but strongly encouraged.

Most speakers have allowed us to distribute PowerPoint presentations in the syllabus materials.  If you do not see a specific presentation, please feel free to reach out to and we can ask that speaker to allow us to include it for you. 

 You can enter questions during each session using the Q&A tab in Zoom.  Moderators will answer questions only if time allows.​​​​​​​

  2. Ensure your speakers/computer audio is activated.
    1. Check that your computer speakers are turned on. 
    2. Check that your computer audio is not on mute.
    3. Click into the Zoom Audio Setting and check that the correct speakers are selected. 
  3. If you’re hearing an echo, ensure that you don’t have multiple instances of the same session open.

  6. Restart your computer and log into EventHub again.
  7. As a last resort, you can try calling in with your phone.

  1. Video issues are likely linked to the bandwidth at your location.  Close all other program on your computer except Zoom. 
  2. Try clicking out of Zoom and refreshing your browser then click View Session again to see if restarting Zoom fixes the issue. 
  3. Switch to a hardwired Internet connection, if possible.
  4. Click into the Zoom Video Settings and see if everything appears correct.

  9. As a last resort, you can try calling in with your phone. 
    • Email for the call-in information.
    • Calling into the sessions disqualifies you from CPE credit because you will not be able to respond to 3 active participation polls during the sessions.

After the Broadcast

Complete your evaluation and claim credit (required to receive credit).
